Lesson 12: Five Traits You'll Need to Rule Like David (1 Samuel 8:19-20, Matthew 7:9-11, 1 Samuel 16:10-11, 1 Samuel 17:38-40, 1 Samuel 18:3-4)

Cliff King, February 8, 2015
Part of the Life Lessons fom King David series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

A person prepared to rule:
-Wants what God wants and exactly how He wants it.
-Knows they are just an ordinary person called to do extraordinary things.
-Knows that God can use them and their talents in the future because He has in the past.
-Knows that he can't do it alone and finds true friends to help.
-Has a relentless trust in God verses the things we use to prop ourselves up with.
